Excellent place with reliable wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. They helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the sun loungers by the pool. I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

The rooms were recently renovated and updated with super fast internet, a computer and a variety of unique features, that's all we needed. The location was great and unbeatable, within walking distance of Jackpot Golf Club.
Shame the bathroom was very dated.

Amazing and favourable location next to the city walls, the hotel is close to a bus stop. The staff is very helpful, an absolute asset to this the place.

The clean pool provides a refreshing escape after a long day, and the well-maintained garden creates a pleasant ambiance, with squirrels darting through the trees.
The lack of borrowing options for items like an iron is inconvenient, especially for delicate clothing. The restaurant's limited vegetarian offerings and the layout of the bathroom leading to flooding during showers were disappointing.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere yet being close to the centre of the city for easy accessibility. It was a lovely setting and the staff takes pride in keeping the grounds looking beautiful (garden). I also appreciated the decor. It was beautifully decorated for the age of the hotel. Charming.
The shower was a little hard to operate and did not drain well. There was an issue with my window - it did not close tightly so I could hear the outside noise at night.

I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the hot water was nonexistent for two days, what a good inconvenience! It's beyond me why they charge extra fees for a single night after a long stay, when clearly, i deserved some appreciation for my time there. Quite disappointing, really.

Lovely family run hotel with great staff who can not not do enough for their guests. Spotless pool and relaxing garden cafe area (with beautifully cooked snacks) and plenty of parking space. Bedrooms are spacious but a little bit quirky. Very close to Chang Puak bus station and whilst not in a tourist area it's close enough to easily get to all the sights, night market, Sunday Walking Street etc. Would definitely visit again.
Our bedroom was a little bit dark with very old fashioned dark brown tiles and off yellow painted walls but it was clean and comfortable (and very good value for the money). We did notice towards the end of the holiday that the bedrooms all seem to be individually decorated with their own specific colour scheme and all the twin rooms did appear to be much lighter.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the super comfy bed and the free drinking water available. The pool is fantastic and the garden area is so lovely for a chill-out spot. The only downside was the overly large keychain, but the staff quickly helped with that, so no biggie! 🌴

The entire staff was very very helpful and competent. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Chiang Mai and the surrounding area, the bus station for Chang Dao and the beuatiful gardens. We found nice Little Cook Cafe nearby with hot beverages;))
